Mission

Our mission is to help federal contractors measure and improve the maturity of their growth practice — not just their readiness to adopt AI. Most teams do not lose work because they lack technology; they lose because pipeline discipline, qualification, and decision speed are inconsistent.

Federal Growth Intelligence gives leaders an honest, category-by-category picture of where their growth process stands today and what to fix next.

Why FGI exists

Federal business development advice is plentiful, but rarely specific to a company's actual operating maturity. FGI exists to replace generic advice with a diagnosis: a shared language for what "good" looks like, and a way to track progress toward it over time.

Methodology

The assessment is built on a maturity model spanning six categories — pipeline, bid/no-bid discipline, targeting, teaming, compliance, and decision speed. Responses are scored per category and combined into a composite Federal Growth Intelligence score, which places a team in one of three maturity bands: Reactive, Developing, or Optimized.

Findings are qualitative by design. We describe capability, impact, and sequencing rather than promising numeric returns.

FGI and nGauge

Federal Growth Intelligence teaches and diagnoses. nGauge AI executes and automates. FGI helps you understand where your growth process breaks down; nGauge is one of the solutions available to operationalize the fixes.
